Purchase Issues
If you have not received your purchased items within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please:
- Ensure you entered the correct Minecraft username at checkout.
- Verify the payment completed successfully with your bank or PayPal.
- Join the server and wait up to 15 minutes — deliveries are automatic on join.
- If still unresolved, contact us on Discord or by email with your order reference number.
