MineCaverns ("we", "us", "our") operates the Minecraft server accessible at play.minecaverns.uk and the store at store.minecaverns.uk. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

Email address — collected by our payment processor (Tebex) for receipts and order confirmation.

All payments are handled by Tebex Limited, our third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Tebex's privacy policy in addition to ours. 5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our store uses browser localStorage to remember your shopping basket and Minecraft username across sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Purchase records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with UK financial regulations.
Server logs (IP addresses, chat logs) are retained for up to 90 days.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our store without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
