Terms and Conditions

All items sold through the MineCaverns store are virtual in-game items. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a licence to access virtual content, not a physical product.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coin packages, ranks, and perks are delivered to your Minecraft account and are non-transferable.
• Items are delivered automatically when you join the server after a successful purchase. Allow up to 15 minutes.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive your items after 24 hours and have contacted support.
• A duplicate charge was made in error.
• The server permanently closes within 14 days of your purchase.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from MineCaverns services. We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Purchases are tied to your Minecraft username. You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account. We are not liable for purchases made using a compromised account.

If you are banned from the MineCaverns server for violating our rules:

• You will lose access to all perks, ranks, and in-game items associated with your account.
• No refund will be issued for purchases made prior to the ban.
• Bans may be appealed through our Discord server support process.

You agree not to:

• Use purchased perks to harass, grief, or gain an unfair advantage over other players in violation of server rules.
• Attempt to exploit, duplicate, or abuse any purchased items or currency.
• Sell, trade, or transfer purchased items or accounts to other players for real-world money.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with the store or server.
• Attempt to circumvent a ban by purchasing on an alternate account.
